Offered is a collection of 6 awards and letters of commendation earned by offensive lineman Keith Wortman during his time on the gridiron. Included are a notarized letter from the governor of Nebraska, a letter from the Nebraska Board of Regents, a Big 8/National Champions plaque signed on the reverse by Wortman, a 1970 National Champion team photo plaque signed on the reverse by Wortman, a plaque presented to the St. Louis Cardinals offensive line for allowing the fewest sacks during the 1976 season which Wortman has signed on reverse and a framed letter from the Nebraska Navy which Wortman has signed on the reverse.
