Offered is the silver helmet presented to Miami Dolphins linebacker David Bowens by the Ed Block Courage Award Foundation for exemplifying commitment to the principles of sportsmanship and courage during his 2004 season. Helmet stands approxiamtely 14" tall. Also included are a Ed Block Courage award t shirt, program from the 2005 event and letters of commendation bestowed upon Bowens from the City of Baltimore, the State of Maryland and the Maryland House of Delegates.
