This 34" Louisville Slugger bat was produced to commemorate Hall of Fame hurler Nolan Ryan's 5th career no hitter, surpassing Sandy Koufax's then career record of 4. Stamped on the barrel are a 1980's era Houston Astros logo, "5th Career No Hitter Nolan Ryan Houston - 5 Los Angeles - 0 Houston Astrodome September 26, 1981", Ryan's pitching line for the day (11 K, 3 BB) and 319/1000. Ryan has also signed the bat in black marker. (A0274)
