These knit Chicago Cubs home uniform pants were worn by the batboy during the 1980 season. Wilson size 30 tag sewn in waist along with a strip tag reading "Bat Boy 80 1 30 23" indicating batboy issue, year of issue, set number, waist and inseam. Numerous names written and crossed out on interior pockets in black marker indicating likely extended organizational use. Moderate use shown with a team patch job on the right rear. (A0010)
