This Chicago Cubs flannel home jersey was donned by shortstop Don Kessinger during his 1969 campaign with the club. Wilson size 40 tag sewn to tail along with a chain stitched 1969 while collar features a strip tag reading "11-69-2-40" indicating the jersey number, year of issue, set number and size. Circular Cubs logo sewn to chest while number is sewn on reverse in blue tackle twill along with a Cubbie Bear patch on the left sleeve and a MLB 100th Anniversary patch on the right sleeve. Kessinger has signed both the front and back of the jersey. (A0003)
