This New York Mets home uniform was worn by infielder Jeff Kent during his 1996 campaign with the club. AIS tag sewn to inside tail with 48 & L flag tags. Team name, number and player name sewn to jersey in blue on orange on white triple tackle twill. Mets city logo patch on left sleeve while right sleeve features "J.M. N.L. Umpire 10" embroidery in honor of deceased umpire John McSherry. AIS tag sewn in waistband of pants which also feature a strip reading "12 Kent 96 36 x 31 C" indicating the player number, name, year of issues, waist x inseam and set. Kent has also signed the pants as well as the front and back of the jersey in blue marker. (Z0249)
