Featured is an Aurelio Rodriguez professional model H&B Louisville Slugger Bicentennial game used bat from his 1976 season with the Detroit Tigers. Model number S2 is stamped on the signature barrel while uniform number 25, which was worn by Rodriguez's teammate Dan Meyer, is written on the knob in black marker indicating likely two player use.
This ash bat currently weighs 30 ounces, measures 35" in length and matches known player factory records with a regular knob and round barrel. It exhibits signs of heavy use with ball marks and a handle crack which has been repaired with an application of black tape.
MEARS grades this bat as authentic.
