Featured in this lot is a Matt Walbeck professional model Rawlings game used bat from his 1997 campaign with the Detroit Tigers. Model number 542B is stamped on the knob along with Walbeck's uniform number 8 in black sharpie while Matt Walbeck and Tigers are stamped on the barrel of this Big Stick.

This black finished ash bat currently weighs 30 ounces, measures 34" in length and matches known player factory records with a flare knob and cupped barrel. It exhibits heavy signs of use with ball marks, stitch marks, bat rack marks and a 5" handle crack. (Q0017)
