We surmise this OAL (MacPhail) baseball was signed at a Hall of Fame function as each of the men is enshrined into the hallowed halls.
We have broken the ball down into two cateogories, autographs which are clear and those which are nearly gone. The haves include: Joe Sewell, Charlie Gehringer, Satchel Paige, Robin Roberts, Cool Papa Bell, Monte Irvin, Lloyd Waner, Bob Feller Willie Mays, Billy Herman, Bob Lemon and Earl Averill.
The autographs in a reduced state include: Judy Johnson, Stan Musial, Buck Leonard, Jacko Conlon, Joe Cronin, Warren Spahn, Al Lopez, Red Ruffin, Eddie Mathews, Freddie Lindstrom and a few more.
