Brad Penny's finest season came in 2007 when he pocked an All-Star berth and notched 16 wins. This black leather Reebok glove accompanied Penny to the pitcher's mound when he dominated the competition.
Wonderful, season-long, use is shown on this glove with dirt marks on all angles and great pocket wear. We have checked photos on Getty Images and multiple photos show him wearing this very style of glove. The placement of the manufacturer's logos and name match the exact placement.
Worth special mention is "Brad Penny #31" which is embroidered on the thumb in blue threads. Dirt marks are visible on the Reebok manufacturer's logs, all in white thread.
Penny signed the index finger slot in silver paint pen and also inscribed "2007 Season" and "2007 All Star Game" on a finger. "VRPRO 1275" is engraved on the inside.
Overall, the finest Penny glove, especially given it was used in his best season.
