Hartland Plastics jumped into the toy industry by making religious figures. Presented for bidder consideration is a prototype figure which the actual figures were made from.
Standing 9 1/2" tall are a prototype figure of Mary and baby Jesus. According to the LOA which will attend, these were given by Bishop Fulton J. Sheen during his run on national television if a listener contributed $50 to his collection for the poor and needy.
"Our Lady of Television The Society For The Propagation of the Faith" is engraved on each. The whiter version is the prototype.
