During his abbreviated 10-year career, Ralph Kiner still smacked 369 home runs. This ONL (Giles) baseball was hit by Kiner during his years with the Chicago Cubs.

A former bat boy, Joe Bauer, grabbed the home run treasure once it landed and kept it in his possession for years.

The ball has a number of contact marks, one noticeable which was probably from the point of contact, and some toning. Kiner graciously signed the sweet spot in ballpoint ink.
