Beloved Dodger personality Tommy Lasorda is featured four times in this vintage photo offering. The images range before 5.5" x 6" and 8" x 10" in size. Reverse includes: Date stamps, photographer stamps, affixed cutlines and a Seattle Times hologram.
The Seattle Times originated as the Seattle Press-Times, a four page newspaper founded in 1891 with a daily circulation of 3,500, which Main’es teacher and attorney Alden J. Blethen bought in 1896. This is an original photo, in many cases a Type 1 printed at the time of the event. File copies or type 2 photos are also found, and can be distinguished by the markings on the reverse.
