Don Wilson's career falls under the category - Oh What Might Have Been. While the stories of his death have been discussed for years, his life was cut way too short.
The author of two no-hitters, Wilson died in his garage while his car was running from smoke inhalation. This Cubs and Astros program (game scored) is signed by Wilson in bold ballpoint ink. The penning is perfect candidate for a cut. A number of Wilson's Astros teammates also signed this including: Bob Watson, Norm Miller, John Edward, Denis Menke, Marty Martinez, Cesar Geronimo, Joe Morgan and a few more.
The only Cubs autograph is that of Hall of Famer Ernie Banks.
