Ralph Garr came up with the Braves in 1968 where he played through 1975. A Grambling football star, he batted a .343 with the Braves in his first full season in 1971. He won the NL crown with a .353 in 1974 leading the league and earning an All Star berth that same season. He also hit .300 twice with the White Sox whom he played for from 1976-1979. A bat from his farewell season.
A signature model R165 that measures 34” and weighs 34.4 oz. It shows heavy game use with deeply embedded ball and lace marks, rack marks, cleat marks with some grain separation on back of the barrel from use (-1). This bat dates to his last season in the majors with the Angels.
