This is a signature model C271 that was made for Evans in 1985. It is 34.5” and weighs 30.7 oz.  It has light game use and is autographed with ball and rack marks evident. His number 24 is found in black marker on the knob as well. Evans played 19 of his 20 seasons with the Red Sox (1972-90)  He led the league with home runs in 1981, was an All Star in 1978, 81 and 1987. He won the Gold Glove award in 1976, 1978 and 79, and from 1981-85. Only Carl Yastrezmski has played more games as a Red Sox.
