Majestic size 52 tag applied to tail with a strip reading "29 52 11 S1" sewn in the collar while a circular Cubs logo, number 29, "Samardzija", a Ron Santo Memorial patch & a team logo patch are also sewn to the blue pinstriped white CoolBase jersey.
