Offered is a collection of 21 baseballs likely spanning from the game's earliest days in America circa the 1850's up through approximately the 1950's, with the many of the balls included likely dating to the later 19th Century & early 20th Century. Collection encompasses a variety of styles, sizes and construction materials & methodology with many of the earlier balls in the collection being of the handmade variety with a transition to factory construction and a greater consistency of material for the balls in the collection which were produced later on.
