Offered is a letter dated February 6, 1968 on State of Wisconsin Executive Office Governor Warren P. Knowles letterhead which has been signed by Knowles. Letter is addressed to Ethel Bartels of Green Bay, Wisconsin & is in reference to a snapshot of the two taken on the Packers trip to Super Bowl II, with the original photo included with the letter in the 10" x 12" framing.
