Offered is a professional model C271 Cory Lidle Rookie Era Louisville Slugger game used bat dating to his tenure with the New York Mets circa 1997. Bat currently measures 33", weighs 31.8 ounces and shows heavy use for a pitcher. Has many ball marks and rack marks, pine tar on handle. Bat remains uncracked. Lidle’s number 11 appears on the knob and barrel end in black marker. Lidle was tragically killed on October 11, 2006 when the small aircraft he owned crashed into a residential building in New York City. (10L0125, 1140) MB
