Michael Jordan's rookie year, the 1984-85 season ended with the Chicago Bulls in 3rd place of the NBA Central Division. They qualified for the 1st round of the playoffs against the Division Champion Milwaukee Bucks. At that time the first round of the playoffs was a best of 5 series.
The first game of the that first round was played in Milwaukee on Friday April 19, 1985. In front of 11,052, the Bucks won, with Jordan scoring 23 points. (Also included here is a photocopy of the Milwaukee Sentinel game summary from the following day.)
This ticket stub was neatly torn by the usher as you entered the MECCA Arena. It is in very good condition, with the details of the game clearly listed. The game is listed on the ticket as Game A, the first home game of the playoffs for Milwaukee Bucks ticket holders.
Who knows how many of these ticket stubs were saved or remain? (33I0067)
