Before the 1984 Olympics, the USA men's basketball team went on tour against various different versions of NBA All Star Teams. This was a chance for the Olympians to play against NBA veterans across the country, the NBA team line ups changed at each setting. Programs from this series of games periodically have become available. However, the actual ticket stubs are more limited and unique.
On July 13, 1984, the game was held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. An announced crowd of 10,947 attended. Michael Jordan scored 12 points in 25 minutes of action.
The accompanying photocopy from the Milwaukee Sentinel of Saturday July 14th described a hard fought victory for the Olympians. This was the 6th game of this schedule.
The ticket from that night was hand torn by the usher as you entered. It is in very good condition, with the day, date, and details clearly listed.
This could be a great addition for the vintage Jordan collector. (33I0066)
