Offered is a professional model Pete Rose game used H&B Louisville Slugger which dates from the All Time Hit King's final years of his first run with the Cincinnati Reds (1977 & 1978) to his first season with the Philadelphia Phillies (1979). Model R195 is stamped on the signature barrel while Rose's uniform number 14 is written on the knob in black marker. Rose has also signed the barrel below his signature stamping.
Bat currently measures 35", weighs 33.8 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks, cleat marks, bat rack marks, and an application of pine tar. Handle remains uncracked. Bat received 5 points for matching player records, 3 points for heavy use and 2 points for player traits resulting in a final grade on MEARS A10. Additional PSA GU 10 LOA which indicates a painted image of Rose has been removed from the barrel will also accompany. (69W0339)
