Offered is a professional model Elrod "Ellie" Hendricks game used H&B Louisville Slugger dating to his tenure with the Baltimore Orioles circa 1973-75. Model K44 stamped on knob along with uniform number 2 written in green marker indicating likely multi player use as Elrod wore number number 10. Bat currently measures 35", weighs 34 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks, heavy pine tar, a 5" handle crack with slight separation and a 12" section of deadwood missing from the reverse of the barrel.
