Offered is a baby blue zip-up Chicago White Sox road jersey which was donned by hurler Stan Bahnsen during his 1972 campaign on Chicago's south side. Wilson size 44 tag sewn to outside tail above a strip tag reading "72 Set 2" while a strip tag with Bahnsen's name is sewn in the collar. Team name and number are sewn to jersey in red on white double tackle twill, though the numbers on both the back and the sleeves have been restored from period originals. Bahnsen has also signed the jersey along with an inscription of his 1972 won/loss record of 21-16. Four points are deducted from the grade for the restored numerals resulting in a final grade of MEARS A6. PSA letter will also attend verifying the authenticity of the signature.
