Offered is a professional model 282 Willie Mays Adirondack team index bat dating to his tenure with the San Francisco Giants circa 1961-67. Bat currently measures 34", weighs 34 ounces and shows moderate use with ball marks, bat rack marks & some discoloration to the barrel's end. Bat originated from a Chicago area pawn store that was within blocks of Wrigley Field. The original owner was told it was personally gifted to the owner directly from Willie Mays. Bat has exceptional wood, but no provenance survived. (41Q0030)
