Offered is a check dated on Christmas Eve, December 24th 1952 payable in the amount of $25.00 to Eleanor G. Cohen which has been signed by legendary Hollywood starlet Marilyn Monroe, who at the time of the check's writing in 1952 was on the cusp of breaking through with star making roles in Niagara & Gentlemen Prefer Blondes on the horizon in 1953.
