Manufactured by O'Shea Knitting Mills, size 42 & laundry instructions tags sewn inside tail with a Phil Lynch Sporting Goods 623 Mission St. San Francisco tag sewn in the collar while number 21 is sewn to the front & back of the white durene jersey in red twill.
