Featured is a Bill Kamm professional model H&B Louisville Slugger game used bat used during his rookie era of 1923-30 while playing for the White Sox. This pre-model number stick is stamped with a signature model barrel and 1923-30 era H&B Louisville Slugger 125 center brand.

This hickory finished ash bat currently weighs 31 ounces, measures 34.5" in length and matches known player factory records with a small knob and round barrel. It exhibits signs of heavy use with a 9" section of dead wood missing from the reverse of the barrel and a heavy handle crack which has been repaired with a dozen period nails.

Bat receives 5 points for matching known player factory records, 3 points for use and loses 1 point each for the missing dead wood from the reverse of the barrel and the damage to the handle resulting in a final grade of MEARS A6.
