Offered is a 23" x 36" framed display paying tribute to Battle Hymn of the Republic lyricist Julia Ward Howe which is highlighted by a letter signed by Howe with a page of antique sheet music & a USA flag rounding out the display. Letter appears to read "------- Canada May 19th 1880 Rev Tom S. Gilbert My Dear Sir, I send you, after some delay, a verse of my battle-hym for your auto-graph album.
